Oftentimes, multiple layers of flooring have been installed on top of eachother. Removing these old laysers is difficult because they have to be cut into strips before removing them. This is nearly impossible with a carpet knive. The BULL-Cutter is an upright blade that can be installed on the BULL strpping machine. The BULL-Cutter makes cutting multiple layers of flooring fast and easy.
